The DC voltage within the unit is too high or too low.

Check the incoming voltage for 240v
Remove the top from the heat pump
Check the status of the LED on the Drive Board (the circuit board with the large capacitors). It will be ON/OFF/FLASHING.

Please call Arctic Heat Pumps to report the error message and the status of the LED.
