Yes, certainly our heat pump systems have the ability to heat your domestic hot water. We can include a 200’ copper hot water coil inside of our Eco Ultra storage tank that your ground water will pass through and use heat pump energy to pre heat water up to 110F. That water would then be sent to existing hot water tank, or a tankless on demand hot water heater to bump up temperature to around 140F. Running our heat pumps in the summer for DHW can reduce water heating bill by 80%.
