Almost all issues that could come up with our heat pump are easily diagnosed by the error code they generate on Arctic controller. Most of these issues can be solved remotely, but in the case that a replacement part was required that part could be installed by any HVAC tech or plumber so long that it did not include a part filled with refrigerant. In the case something like compressor needed to be replaced, an AC tech would be required for repair.
